Schedule: Saturdays - (Ages 5-8) 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm (Ages 9-14) 1:15 pm - 2:00 pm. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new program: 212 HPT Kids! 🎉 Starting this season, we’re bringing the energy, fun, and fitness of 212 to kids aged 5-12 years! Our 212 HPT Kids classes are designed to help your little ones get moving, have fun, and develop a lifelong love for fitness. 🌟 What to Expect: 45-minute classes filled with excitement! A Fun Warm-Up to get those bodies moving. A Short WOD (Workout of the Day) perfectly tailored for kids. We’ll wrap up each session with a Fun Game to keep the smiles going! Our classes are packed with awesome equipment, such as gymnastics mats, rings, cones, medicine balls, kettlebells, and dumbbells—all used in a safe, fun, and age-appropriate way. 👟 Why 212 HPT Kids? Fun-Focused: Our goal is to make fitness fun while teaching kids how to move their bodies effectively. Age-Appropriate Programming: Every class is tailored to the age and ability of the kids, helping them reach their goals in a fun, inclusive environment. Scalable Workouts: Like our adult classes, every workout can be adapted to meet individual needs and abilities. Lifelong Movers: We’re here to give kids a head start on a healthy lifestyle, encouraging a love for fitness and active living. 🏅 Meet Coach Keith: Leading the charge for our 212 HPT Kids program is Coach Keith, a big kid at heart who brings his passion and expertise to help your kids thrive in a fun and supportive environment. 📅 Mark Your Calendars! The first 8-week Session begins on Saturday, October 5th, 2024. Classes will be held on Thursdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 12 p.m. Cost: $160 for the 8-week session.
